An annual course committed to providing resources for positive health, fitness, and community habits. Not only are habits essential to our overall well-being, but they are also critical when unexpected life events happen. The course provides 3 quarters with specific habit goals and weekly lectures, and check-ins for sharing and Q&A with our Professor.

IMPACT: 70% of our community is registered in this program. Students have completed 409 assignments out of 6 lectures this quarter that are focused on movement.
